Seeing Others through the Love of God

June 15, 2025

We're continuing our "Life Unlocked" series by exploring how God sees humanity, a concept we touched on when discussing that we're all made in God's image. Today, we'll delve into John 3:16 to understand the profound implications of God's love for us and how that should transform the way we view and treat others. We recognize that humanity often tries to distance itself from the idea of God, falsely believing that true freedom comes without divine restrictions, but this often leads to increased anxiety and depression. However, God's love is a personal, transformative force that doesn't demand we earn our worth. We are called to be the church, a counter-cultural community that reflects this love by sacrificing, forgiving, and seeing the value in every person, regardless of differences.
