It's Not Really Mine Anyway

We're in the end of Acts chapter 4, where the early believers, fresh from a healing miracle and facing threats, model for us a profound understanding of God's sovereignty. Instead of praying for relief from their troubles, they recognized God's absolute authority over all things. This belief wasn't just theoretical; it transformed their lives. They asked God to grant them boldness to speak His truth and to continue performing signs and wonders through them. This surrender to God's authority, even extending to their possessions, allowed His grace to powerfully work among them and meet their needs. Ultimately, their example encourages us to embrace humility and surrender to God's absolute control, trusting that His grace and power will be evident in our lives as we align with His purposes.
